  I am writing to thank you for making a miracle happen to us. We never dreamed that we would be so fortunate to get pregnant the very first time we tried under your care. You and your staff took such good care of us and did everything possible to make this work. I am now 5 months pregnant and everything is going really well. We waited for a while before writing to you, until the first trimester and amniocentesis were over, just in case, but to our amazement everything looks great!
  I don’t know if you can believe this but we are still a daze. You have brought such hope and joy into our lives and we will never be able thank you enough. I know we have not had the baby yet, but we are already looking forward to meeting you again and planning our 2nd child soon.
