First, in March 2003, you successfully transferred embryos to a surrogate leading to the birth of our wonderful son, Jeremy, the following December. Now, we can hardly wait for the birth of our second son this coming June, after your transfer of frozen embryos last September. We were so pleased that both times a pregnancy occurred on the first transfer. Parenthood has been a life-changing experience for us both. We thought having a child would be enriching and rewarding, but we could never have imagined how fun and fulfilling it all is. Jeremy surprises us every day, and he never ceases to make us laugh. He is truly a joy. It was your care and expertise that made our family possible and we thank you for that. We appreciate that you were always available to answer questions and gave us very good advice all along the way. Also, you have a great professional staff who are warm and considerate and always make us feel welcome. The entire experience has been top-notch from start to finish … although “finish” may be the wrong word. People say three aren’t much harder than two!
