We are located at the northeast corner of Wilshire Blvd and Westwood Ave in the heart of Westwood Village at 10921 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 700 Los Angeles, CA 90024.

From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX):

Take Century Blvd to the I-405 North Exit to Wilshire Blvd – East Make a left on Gayley Ave (2nd red light once on Wilshire Blvd) The building is right at the corner of Wilshire and Gayley (on your right when you turn on Gayley).

From Orange County:

Take I-405 North Exit to Wilshire Blvd – East Make a left on Gayley Ave (2nd red light once on Wilshire Blvd) The building is right at the corner of Wilshire and Gayley (on your right when you turn on Gayley).

Or

Take I-5 North Take I-10 West Take I-405 North Exit to Wilshire Blvd – East Make a left on Gayley Ave (2nd red light once on Wilshire Blvd) The building is right at the corner of Wilshire and Gayley (on your right when you turn on Gayley).

From the Inland Empire:

Take I-10 West Take I-405 North Exit to Wilshire Blvd – East Make a left on Gayley Ave (2nd red light once on Wilshire Blvd) The building is right at the corner of Wilshire and Gayley (on your right when you turn on Gayley).

We are located on the campus of Verdugo Hills Hospital at 1808 Verdugo Blvd, Suite 319, Glendale, CA 91208. 

From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX):

Take Century Blvd to the I-405 North Exit to 101 South to 134 East to 2 North. Exit right on Verdugo Blvd. The building is on the right hand side within few hundred feet.

From Orange County:

Take I-5 North to 2 North. Exit right on Verdugo Blvd. The building is on the right hand side within few hundred feet.
